This practice is private pay only, and insurance is not involved in your care. This allows for greater flexibility, continuity, and an added layer of privacy around your mental health treatment. Without diagnosis codes, session limits, or third-party oversight, your care remains personalized, confidential, and centered entirely on your needs.
Your membership is designed to support real life. While I ask for 24 hours’ notice when possible as a courtesy, there is never a fee for rescheduled, canceled, or missed sessions. All care is included within your membership—no penalties, no add-ons, no surprises. We’ll always work together to adjust your schedule as needed within the scope of your support.
All services are billed as a monthly membership, with pricing based on the average number of hours of weekly support included. This flat rate covers sessions, preparation, notes, and communication — so there are no surprise fees or session-by-session charges. Payment is due at the beginning of each month.
Clarity Concierge Therapy is structured to provide depth, flexibility, and consistent support. Below you’ll find key information about payments, policies, and how this model protects the integrity of your care.
Each membership includes a set number of weekly support hours, tailored to your goals and availability. That might include therapy sessions, brief check-ins, collaborative care with other providers, or personalized resources — depending on what’s most supportive that week.

For high-touch care with deeper support and availability.
$3,000
Pricing reflects an average number of clinical hours per week and is tailored to what’s clinically appropriate for you. With no per-session billing, your care can flex as needed, from short check-ins to extended sessions, all covered within your monthly membership.
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you’re entitled to a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. You’ll receive this in writing before your first session so you can make informed, empowered decisions about your care.
As a private-pay provider, Clarity Concierge Therapy does not bill insurance directly. This allows for more flexibility, privacy, and personalized care, without the constraints of diagnosis-based reimbursement or session limits.

The ability to have easier access to your therapist-urgent sessions, email check-ins, and text support-means clients have support in applying what they discover in session "in real life."
No — your therapist is not on-call or available 24/7. While concierge care includes expanded access and more frequent touchpoints than traditional therapy, it’s still important to maintain healthy boundaries that support both your therapist’s wellbeing and the quality of your care.
You’ll have the option for messaging or brief check-ins between sessions, and your therapist will respond as soon as possible during designated business hours. This structure allows your therapist to stay fully present, thoughtful, and effective in supporting you.
If a crisis or emergency arises, you should contact 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or reach out to local crisis resources. Concierge care is about providing consistent, responsive, and deeply attuned support—not crisis or on-call services—so that you always receive the best possible care within clear, healthy boundaries.
No — I do not accept insurance. By remaining independent of insurance, concierge care allows for complete flexibility, personalization, and privacy. Your therapy is guided entirely by your needs, goals, and pace of progress, rather than diagnosis requirements, session limits, or rigid treatment plans.
This approach ensures that your care is truly focused on you, while also protecting your confidentiality. Because sessions aren’t submitted to insurance, your personal information and therapy details remain private.
Additionally, not handling insurance allows me to dedicate more time and attention directly to clients, rather than administrative tasks. This means more thoughtful preparation, deeper engagement during sessions, and greater responsiveness to your needs between appointments.
The free consultation is a 30-minute call or video session designed to give you a clear sense of how concierge therapy can support you. During this time, we’ll discuss your current concerns, needs, and goals, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions about the process, levels of care, or what working together would look like.
By the end of the consultation, we’ll determine whether concierge care — and which level — is the right fit for you, so you can feel confident moving forward.
The monthly membership model is designed to provide consistency, flexibility, and a deeper therapeutic partnership. Rather than paying per session, this structure allows your care to be continuous and proactive, with access to your therapist for messaging, check-ins, and scheduling that adapts to your needs.
Membership also ensures all-inclusive care — sessions, brief check-ins, and personalized support are covered without hidden fees — and there are no cancellation penalties, so your therapy can stay flexible and stress-free.
This approach allows your therapist to focus fully on your goals, growth, and overall wellbeing, rather than administrative or billing concerns. It encourages a long-term, relationship-based approach, which research shows is most effective in creating lasting change.
