I created Clarity Concierge Therapy for people who give a lot, but rarely receive the level of support they truly need. After years working across inpatient, outpatient, and traditional therapy settings, I saw that for certain clients—especially those navigating complex, ongoing stressors—once-a-week therapy can have real limits. Limited access, difficulty maintaining momentum, and gaps between sessions can make meaningful change harder to sustain.

This model of care is here to address that. By working with a smaller caseload, I’m able to offer deeper attention, continuity, and care to each individual. Here, you’re not just a time slot. You’re a priority.

Because once-a-week support isn’t always enough.

More Than a Session. A Steady Therapeutic Partnership.

A Few Personal Touchpoints

You know what’s not working,
and you’re ready to invest in care that actually moves you forward, with structure, support, and a steady next step.

Ready, But Unsure Where to Start

You’ve tried traditional therapy.
It helped, but not enough. You may be navigating recovery, questioning coping patterns, or ready for support that’s deeper and more consistent.

Craving Something More Grounded

You’re functioning… but barely.
You’re showing up for others while relying on coping habits that aren’t truly supporting you anymore—and your own needs fall through the cracks.

Feeling Stretched Too Thin

Most clients come to me feeling overextended, unsure, or stuck in cycles that aren’t working—patterns of coping that once helped, but no longer do. Here are a few places we often begin. Maybe one feels familiar to you, too.

This model is designed to fit into the full context of your life — your schedule, your health, your relationships, and your goals — so your care feels cohesive, steady, and clear.

Specialties & Areas of Focus

I’ve worked across the full spectrum of care, including inpatient, outpatient, and private practice. I deeply believe in the transformational potential of therapy. At the same time, I’ve seen how traditional, session-based models can fall short for clients whose lives, responsibilities, and challenges require greater continuity and support.

My work is grounded in deep clinical training, but just as much in presence, intention, and the belief that therapy should feel like an integrated part of your life—not something contained to a single hour once a week.

Concierge THerapy

Therapy, Redesigned for Real Life:

You’re doing the work, but the model isn’t built for the pace of your life.

  • Support is structured around a single weekly or bi-weekly session
  • Limited or no support outside the therapy hour
  • Hard to build momentum or feel meaningful progress
  • Rigid scheduling that doesn’t match real life
  • Feeling like you have to hold everything together until the next appointment

Traditional Therapy

Where most therapy falls short:

How Concierge Therapy Compares to Traditional Therapy

John George, LMSW, CAADC

Accessible, responsive, and deeply personalized. Her clients benefit from a level of presence and continuity that traditional models can’t always provide.

Jen’s concierge model reflects what high-quality mental health care should be

Dr. Sara Sakowski, LLP, CAADC

Her dedication to kindness and compassion for others fused with her clinical knowledge is a combination that is hard to come by. Her concierge model enhances these qualities, allowing clients to experience their benefits more deeply and personally throughout their healing journey.

Jen is one of the most knowledgeable and dependable colleagues anyone could ask for.

Lisa Haysmer, LMSW

The ability to have easier access to your therapist-urgent sessions, email check-ins, and text support-means clients have support in applying what they discover in session "in real life."

Jen is providing a break-through model of providing consistent support for clients who are navigating challenging times.
